‘Our Story’

The Early Days……….

IAW Accountancy was founded in 1981 with the first office opening in Brixham, Devon and supporting the large fishing industry of Brixham, which at the time was the largest in the UK, with the wealth of knowledge we have developed over the years, we still continue to support this unique industry offering a bespoke service to the many businesses and individuals within the said industry. We have seen much in the 40 years + we have been trading, from the lows of the eighties and the multiple recessions to the financial crash of 2008 to the global Covid-19 pandemic and have helped and supported businesses navigate these extreme and tough times and come out the other end bigger and stronger.

The Practice Expands………

We have grown substantially year on year with our second office in Paignton, Devon, opening in 2018 which goes and grows from strength-to-strength, month on month with new clients joining regularly and taking advantage of the unique and bespoke service offered. We are very proud of what we do and the unique service we offer, and this is justified by the many clients we have looked after and continue to look after that have been with us for many years. The business has grown organically through referrals since its inception and today we are still serving a multitude of sectors across the UK.
